Items purchased from Airmed Scrubs can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange or receive a store credit on your product within 30 days. Exchanges for alternative products and where there is a price difference - a store credit will be issued.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives and please keep all packaging and picking slip. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed and size label is intact, with original packaging.
If your returned item is not in good condition - your return request will not be actioned. If there are no instructions with your returned items, a store credit will be automatically issued.
Please note, we are not responsible for any cost in returning products to us.
