I have detailed the returns policy and process for you below.
Please ensure you return your items within these guidelines for your return to be processed as requested.

Please ensure that all items are returned in original condition & packaging. All items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days from delivery date. 

1. Return Form
Download and fill out our Returns Form here 

You will need to complete a return form and send it back to us with your returning items stating what you are seeking. Returns without a return form will not be processed and/ or store credit will automatically be issued.  

If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note with the required information just like our returns form and pop it inside!

Tips on how to fill in your form and is readily available on our website - 

SALE ITEMS - All items that are purchased with an automatic discount at checkout (with no applicable code) or are already automatically on sale can only be returned for a store credit or exchange for an item of the same value. If your requested exchange is out of stock or you are seeking an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit will be automatically issued.

REFUNDS - For change-of-mind returns a refund will be processed for change of mind if the item purchased is full price (or full price with a discount code applied at checkout). Refund will be back to original payment, please refer to your confirmation email.

EXCHANGE - All items can be returned for an exchange in sizes and colour within 30 days of delivery. If the requested size/colour is out of stock, a store credit will automatically be sent to your email. 

2. Parcel
Make sure to include your form in your parcel. If you forget to do so, please email through a copy to  

If you want to minimise your impact on the environment you can re-use the satchel your order came in! Make sure it's sealed & taped up well. Or re-use a satchel from other online orders you have made. 

3. Shipping
AIRMED do not issue return labels. Please source your own courier service to ship the items back to us and don't forget to include your Return form inside. 

Alternatively you are welcome to source your own carrier.

United Kingdom $35 pounds
New Zealand $ 40 NZD

4. Receipt
Request a lodgement receipt from your choice of carrier. Please keep a hold of your receipt in case anything happens to your package!



I have sent you an invoice XXX to purchase a return label for your order. Once you have paid your invoice please email us back to us let us know and we will provide a tracking number and return label. It is your responsibility to ensure the invoice is paid and for you to notify us. We take no responsibility for unpaid invoices.

The courier will be DHL Express.
